• Businesses: listing details, photos and billing references.
• Usage: pages viewed, device and approximate location from your IP address, and cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To send your enquiry to the business you contacted, or for trip enquiries to a small number of relevant verified partners.
• To run your account, show your enquiries and saved places, and send service emails.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve our content.

Who we share it with

Businesses receive only the enquiries you send them. We use service providers for hosting, email and, if enabled, analytics and our AI assistant. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years for service and dispute purposes. Accounts are kept until you delete them. Logs are removed after 180 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
