Travel bookings

Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds for hotels, tours, transport and activities are handled by the business you booked with, under their own policy. Ask them for it in writing before you pay.

Plans and ad packs

• Requests can be cancelled free of charge before payment is confirmed.
• Once a plan or ad pack is active, it is non-refundable, except where we cannot deliver the placement you paid for.
• If we remove a listing or ad for breaking our terms, no refund is due.
