DestinationsDesire publishes travel guides and lists independent businesses. Bookings are made directly between you and the business; we are not a party to that contract.

Using the site

• Do not copy our content in bulk without permission.

Business listings

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and availability, and for honouring the offers they make. We may edit, suspend or remove listings that break these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. We moderate reviews and may remove those that are fake, offensive or conflicted.

Paid plans and advertising

Plans and ad packs run for the period shown when you buy them and start once payment is confirmed. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Liability

Travel information can change quickly. Check critical details such as permits, visas and road conditions with official sources. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings with third-party businesses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of your registered business location have jurisdiction.
